Advance payment is required for all services.
Charges are based on time and not on number of pets. If you have more than two pets, we recommend longer than 30 minutes per visit in order to allow ample care for all your pets.
Parking fees for condominiums shall be added to our normal rates.
Holidays – add $10.00 to all visits and services on the following holidays:
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Eve
- New Year’s Day
- Easter
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND CREDITS:
We adhere to a strict policy of NO OVERBOOKING. Therefore, once you have contracted our services, we will turn away business in order to accommodate your schedule.
CANCELLATIONS FOR DAILY WALKS:
3 business hours notice is required to guarantee schedule changes and receive a full credit for unused service. If non compliant you will be charged for a regular visit.
Example: If a sitter arrives for your visit and you determine you do not want a visit, or your pet is not there, you will be charged for your regular visit.
CANCELLATIONS FOR OVERNIGHT PET SITTING:
The client must cancel within 3 days prior to departure. Cancellation fees are strictly imposed during regular days and Holiday periods. If non compliant, 50% of the total cost is non refundable.
Dog Walking:
A daily routine is vital for your pet’s emotional and physical health. With the assistance of our Professional Dog Walkers, you can go to work or out of town knowing that your pet’s schedule will remain consistent. Your pet will receive lots of love and affection.

After every visit a Doggie note is left for the pet parent indicating activity, mood, appetite, hydration, bowel movement, and urine.
15 to 30 minutes walks are our most requested session lengths. Please feel free to request for longer sessions.

Cat/Pet Sitting:
Cats/Pets are happier in their own environment. Our Professional Sitters will provide regular meals and fresh water for your pets. Additionally, scoop litter boxes on each visit; change the litter according to your specifications and give your pets lots of love and affection during your absence.

- Ensure the cleanliness of all utensils and dishes used
- Scoop, clean and/or change the litter box during every visit
- Included in every visit, play, petting , brushing, and any activity suggested by the kitty parent

Overnight Pet Care In Your Home (house sitting) – Economy:

The Official Dog Walkers and Pet Sitters provide personalized OVERNIGHT STAYS IN YOUR HOME customized to meet the needs of your pet. Feeding, hydrating, walking, cuddling, playing, swimming, medications, and exercise schedules are maintained per the pet parent’s instructions. Mail pick up provided, alternating lights, light watering of indoor plants, and alternating parked vehicles are included.
During your absence your pets will receive:
- Tons of T.L.C. (Tender, Loving, Care) and Companionship
- 3 walks per day
- Time: 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
- 06:00 p.m. The pet sitter arrives at the pet’s home
- 06:05 p.m. The pet sitter feeds and takes the pet for the first walk
- 10:00 p.m. Pet Sitter returns,last walk and we retire for the evening
- 07:00 a.m. Everybody wakes up, the pet is fed (breakfast) and the pet is taken for the third walk
- 07:30 a.m. The pet sitter leaves for the day

- Between 11:00 a.m. – 03:00 p.m. The pet receives a complimentary Mid Day Walk
- In many cases, we remain until 11:00 a.m.
